Terry Hammill started doing short sales back in 2007 and they are still doing them today. He's a self proclaimed horrible loser (dont play board games with him). He will fight down until the end and doesn't give up. This is really important as most of the lenders (even today) will attempt to get you off the phone and try and get you to give up and go away…… I dont go away. With that fighting attitude Terry and his team at RE Market Solutions have becoming one of the more successful short sale negotiators in San Diego.
