In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to SU Orosa. Su breathes life into people thanks to a life packed full of experience, good and bad. Born in Manchester to parents fleeing a dictatorship back in Spain, Su had one foot in this country and another in the shadow of her motherland. With Spanish being her first language, Su felt a little out of place with her English peers. This led to her sense of self being sacrificed in the pursuit of fitting in and getting by. It took heartbreak in her 20’s to shake her back to her most authentic self. Her trials and journeys both physical and emotional have shaped her ambition. To begin helping others burst out of their shell, to stop living half-lives and be who they truly are is Su’s calling in life. She has strengthened her resolve and life experiences with formal education and training in voluntary and professional clinical settings. Through coaching and counseling sessions, workshops and wellness retreats, Su empowers women when they find themselves unmotivated and without purpose.

In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Julie C. Seal-Gaustad. Julie is CEO & Founder, Mirus Promotions, Inc. Julie received her B.A. in liberal studies from San Diego State University and earned a multiple subject teaching credential before embarking on a career to shape the young minds of tomorrow’s leaders. When she was laid off, she entered into a career in marketing and communications, while also working part-time in field marketing on the side. Seeing a need in the industry for a higher level of brand representation, in 2009 she launched Mirus Promotions with one client in San Diego.
Since inception, Julie has grown the company to an award-winning, nationwide level, representing close to 200 different brands and providing thousands of jobs each year. While overseeing the company’s rapid growth across the U.S., she continued her education, receiving an M.A. in communication studies from SDSU in 2011.
Julie is recognized for her contributions to business and community through numerous awards and honors. She was recently named CEO of the Year by Business Excellence Forum and Awards and received a Women in Leadership award from San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce. When she’s not immersed in the growth of her business and team, she enjoys time with her two-year-old son and husband of two years, volunteering with The Rescue House animal rescue, going to hot yoga or hiking, and reading.

In 2018 he started the Creative Brew show and podcast, sharing the stories of various individuals and their successes and struggles over a cup of coffee, tea or beer.
Besides graphic design and branding work, he do some part-time coaching as a wrestling coach for at a mma/fitness gym in Oceanside called The Compound.
He is a part of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and the Oceanside Young Professionals Network Committee.Married for 17 years to wife Heather with two kids (Ish and Tremayne) and 4 grandchildren. His hobbies include: working out, yoga, jiu jitsu, reading, writing, sketching.
