Ryan is a Speech Language Pathologist and CEO of RL Therapy Group.Ryan began RL Therapy Group 4.5 years ago when her second child was just 6 weeks old. Knowing she didn’t want to go back to the 8-5 workweek grind, she decided to give private practice a shot.Fast forward to today, Ryan’s company has grown to over 60 therapists throughout San Diego County and as far north as the California-Oregon border. RL Therapy Group provides in-home speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children birth to age 5. Their mission is to not only provide therapy, but to empower parents and caregivers to implement strategies throughout their child’s day.

Scott McCarthy - The Leadership Officer

In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Scott McCarthy. Scott’s leadership journey started when he was young and had the drive to take control of everything that needed to be planned. Transferring these skills to the Canadian Army, Scott enrolled as a Logistics Officer in 2001 when he was selected to attend the prestigious Royal Military College of Canada.
At the age of 24, Scott commanded an Army transport platoon consisting of over 80 soldiers. At 33, he was selected to command a Logistics Squadron of 200 members. However, his experience goes beyond com-manding. In 2009, Scott deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan where he was selected to help train, mentor, and coach members of the Afghan National Army.
Scott believes that everyone needs leadership skills. As a leader, he believes that delegation is a force multiplier, that teamwork is the centerpiece of all organizations, and that leaders have an obligation to leave a legacy which outlasts them

Miha Matlievski - The Fail Coach

His focus has now shifted to helping mortgage brokers generate a steady flow of high quality leads, with high loan amounts.

Andrea (Andi) Frimmer - Independent College Admissions Counselor

In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Andrea (Andi) Frimmer. Andi is the owner and president of Prep 4 College Now. She has over 30 years of experience in the education industry, most recently working as an independent college admission counselor with high school students and their families. 
The reason Andi decided to start her own business was her love of children. She has spent her working life devoted to helping students of all ages succeed. She enjoys a challenge and finds helping high school students a rewarding and fun experience. Andi earned her College Admission Certificate from The University of California San Diego, her M. Ed. from Boston University in Boston, MA and her B.S. in Education from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA, where she graduated with honors. 
Before starting her own company, Andi spent 25 years as a master teacher working with special needs children of all ages and disabilities. After retiring, Andi owned and operated Study Hall USA, a tutoring company based in San Marcos, CA.  It was while working with these students that Andi decided to begin helping them turn their college dreams into reality. With strengths such as organization skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills, it was the logical next step for Andi to start Prep 4 College Now, Inc.
Andi makes time to be involved in the community and professional organizations.  She is a member of Circle of Life, the fundraising arm of Scripps Hospital Encinitas.  Andi has participated in three marathons raising money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as part of Team in Training. She is an active member of her religious organization and is a member of several committees.  She is a member of WACAC (Western Association of College Admission Counselors), Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women, Women’s Wisdom, and San Diego Business Connections. 
Andi lives in San Diego, CA. She has two grown children, both of whom work in the health professions and is a grandmother of two. When not working she likes to engage in Pilates, spinning classes, golf, hiking, and reading.
