Refusing to accept his limitations, he's completed over 100 Spartan Races, 6 Major Marathons, several Ultras and scores of other obstacle and endurance events.

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Jeffrey Seder . Jeffrey is the founder of Equine Biomechanics & Exercise Physiology (EQB), which helps HNWI and entrepreneurs looking to get into the horse racing business pick and manage young, unraced thoroughbred horses who may then become champions.
Jeffrey has spent millions, including $7M+ of his own money, researching and refining the science of picking a champion racehorse for 4+ decades and grown EQB to be one of the USA's leading talent scout buyers for young unraced thoroughbred horses.
They helped one of their clients go from start-up to being the leading USA racing stable in 4 years with a profit! This was even before the client made $50M+ from a racehorse they selected that won several world championships and became the first Triple Crown winner in 37 years. Several other clients have also had world champions.
Jeffrey disrupted the horse racing industry by developing a quantitative approach to finding the best racehorses, much of which has now been widely copied. His approach pre-dates, and is similar to, the one depicted in the Brad Pitt movie Moneyball, in which Pitt analyzes baseball players using biometric measurements at rest and while running, as well as the type of equations and statistics to demonstrate their value and project their potential accomplishments. The data includes slow motion films, organ scans, DNA markers etc.

She's spent the past six years writing (behind the scenes) in the real estate industry. Her clients have included team leaders, luxury agents, investors, real estate companies, and real estate media outlets. Most recently, she's been published in an anthology about women in real estate, in her own book (with two more in the works), and have written articles for HousingWire.
As an introvert, I've had to navigate the world of real estate differently and I love sharing my story with others. I believe that the more we support each other, the better we each become. I continually work to improve the work we do and the perception of our industry.

Throughout his military career, he consistently delivered outstanding results. His focus on servant leadership and ability to positively influence others allowed him the opportunity to earn the title of Drill Instructor of the Year for the Marine Corps. As he medically retired from the Marine Corps, he decided to continue his dedication to serve others as he transitioned to the world of real estate.
He is passionate about helping individuals attain financial independence through smart real estate investing, leveraging his extensive experience and unwavering work ethic to guide his clients toward success. In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Alex Akimov. Alex migrated to the U.S. at age 19 as a touring guitarist before transitioning to music management. Alongside his wife, Lani, they utilized the emerging social platforms of the 2010’s to breathe life into the burgeoning boy band New District, which skyrocketed their global reach, landing them a Teen Choice Award nomination and tours with Fifth Harmony and Bebe Rexha. Alex saw a gap in the music advertising market that he decided to fill.
His success with New District attracted industry giants like Randy Jackson and Mike Caren, and through referrals alone, Alex began working with the top music record labels on social media marketing campaigns for world famous artists. In 2017 at the age of 31, Alex founded Simple Social, a digital marketing agency that revolutionized the way music artists are marketed to fans locally and globally. Simple Social offers music marketing services and analytics products used by major record labels, artist managers and talent agencies worldwide.
