Before that he had sold out inventory in a variety different fields from industrial excavators to V8-powered muscle cars, hedge fund services to movies tickets, premium French wine & Champagne to BBQs.
Here is why: He is a number fanatic and loves diving into Automation and Data Mining. After graduating with a B.Sc. Math and MSc in Information Systems at 21, he worked in different places in the world. He has lowered the manufacturing costs of a nano-sized semiconductors fab plant, revamped the data management platform of a Fortune 500 company and set up a monitoring platform for nuclear power plants in France. His focus has now shifted to helping mortgage brokers generate a steady flow of high quality leads, with high loan amounts.

In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Andrea (Andi) Frimmer. Andi is the owner and president of Prep 4 College Now. She has over 30 years of experience in the education industry, most recently working as an independent college admission counselor with high school students and their families.
The reason Andi decided to start her own business was her love of children. She has spent her working life devoted to helping students of all ages succeed. She enjoys a challenge and finds helping high school students a rewarding and fun experience. Andi earned her College Admission Certificate from The University of California San Diego, her M. Ed. from Boston University in Boston, MA and her B.S. in Education from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA, where she graduated with honors.
Before starting her own company, Andi spent 25 years as a master teacher working with special needs children of all ages and disabilities. After retiring, Andi owned and operated Study Hall USA, a tutoring company based in San Marcos, CA. It was while working with these students that Andi decided to begin helping them turn their college dreams into reality. With strengths such as organization skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills, it was the logical next step for Andi to start Prep 4 College Now, Inc.
Andi makes time to be involved in the community and professional organizations. She is a member of Circle of Life, the fundraising arm of Scripps Hospital Encinitas. Andi has participated in three marathons raising money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as part of Team in Training. She is an active member of her religious organization and is a member of several committees. She is a member of WACAC (Western Association of College Admission Counselors), Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women, Women’s Wisdom, and San Diego Business Connections.
Andi lives in San Diego, CA. She has two grown children, both of whom work in the health professions and is a grandmother of two. When not working she likes to engage in Pilates, spinning classes, golf, hiking, and reading.

She currently serves or has served on a wide variety of committees for the Home Builders Association, The Board of Realtors, and the Mortgage Banker’s Association –where she is avid that everyone join Mortgage Action Alliance.
Christy holds a masters in business administration and a bachelors of business with a double major in economics and finance. Christy lives in Savannah, GA. She has been married to her husband, Air, for 25 years and has three children.She is a voracious reader who has been known to enjoy an occasional glass of wine and finds solitude on her yoga mat.

In this episode of the Road To Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Crystal Sanford. Crystal has over 20 years of experience supporting families, children and young adults with unique needs. She has provided services to individuals with a variety of needs, including ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and Learning Differences. However, forthe past 12 years, Autism has been her passion. In addition, she has gained hands-on experience while parenting her own daughter with High-Functioning Autism.
Crystal now serves as a Special Education Consultant throughout California, with a specialty in advocating with Autism families through the IEP (Individual Education Program) process. Crystal’s goal is to move fellow families from overwhelm and frustration to confidence and hope. In her advocacy role, she has successfully helped numerous families to persistently pursue what’s best for their children at school.
Crystal holds an M.A. in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Northridge and an M.A. in Education from San Diego State University. When she is not supporting families of Autism or speaking life into the hearts of children and young adults, Crystal enjoys gardening, reading, and spending “non-technology” time with her husband and two daughters in San Diego, CA.
