Stephen spent many years fine tuning his own "why" or core purpose to help him get more clarity around what he wants to do with his life and it boils down to two words - Aspire & Flourish (www.aspireandflourish.com) where Stephen wants to help individuals and teams Aspire to a better future and Flourish through training, education and coaching.
Stephen is honored to act on a number of advisory boards; as a coach for accelerator companies scaling up their businesses; as an angel investor and as a mentor to emerging entrepreneurs in Ireland and internationally. Stephen is the former global chair of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards which supports student entrepreneurs around the world and currently serves on the global committee for the Entrepreneurs Organization Accelerator Programmed. Stephen and his Spanish wife have two bilingual daughters and try to spend as much holiday time in Spain as possible.

Rachel Brownstein - Vegan Food Experimenter, Sexpert , & Public Speaker #podcast #Mindset

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Rachel Brownstein. Rachel was brought up in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Rachel first turned to sex work due to a desire for independence. Keen to earn her own money and choose when she worked, she started out working as an escort and a lap dancer, before becoming an actress in the adult film industry, working with studios in Los Angeles. This saw her thrust into a completely different world where 13-hour sex scenes and STD-testing became a normal part of her working week.
After eight years working in the sex industry – including five appearing in pornographic films, Rachel is keen to unpick the stigma that still surrounds sex workers. Her career saw her earn a good living and travel the world, yet since retiring from porn, she has been fired from two jobs by bosses who couldn’t handle her past.
Now a public speaker, Rachel is keen to talk about the realities of being an adult film actress and is writing a memoir about her life in porn. She can speak candidly about her own experiences and the reactions she has had from other people since leaving the industry. Rachel has strong views about the need for clear and honest sex education for young people so that they don’t grow up using porn as a yardstick for their own sexual relationships. She also advocates for sex workers to be given more of a voice when it comes to the laws which govern their industry.

Harry Sanders - Director and Founder of StudioHawk #mindset #growth #podcast

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Harry Sanders. Harry is the director and founder of StudioHawk. His main role is to innovate, adapt and lead in the world of SEO to ensure Studiohawk is always at the forefront of new adaptations in the industry.
Harry was first introduced to the world of SEO at 13 after his father fell victim to a dodgy digital marketing agency who promised him the world but ended up delivering very little. Harry started undertaking the work himself and quickly fell in love with the mix of logic and creativity that SEO brings. This started to rank his father's business and several other websites he owned, which landed him his first job in the working world at the age of just 14 years old after being offered a role training their team within a digital marketing agency.
He loved the world of SEO but after working in different agencies for 3 years he ended up dissatisfied with how these companies operated, trying to be everything to everyone and stretching the services until they became jacks of all trades but masters of none. So at 17 he decided to go at it alone. StudioHawk was born…
A specialized company focusing on one thing… growing your organic search presence. Nothing more and nothing less.
On the basis of no lock-in contracts, a strong focus on education, and strict discipline for saying no to projects they didn’t think would work or disagreed with, StudioHawk has since grown five years later to become the largest dedicated SEO agency in Australia. Since then the company has gone on to win the Australian Business Award for Marketing innovation, SEMRush’s Agency of the year 2019, as well as the MyBusiness, Marketing, Advertising, and PR award for 2019 as well.

Alex Montoya - Motivational Speaker, Author & Writing Coach #Colombia

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Alex Montoya. Alex is a TedX speaker who spreads a message about overcoming adversity; defeating obstacles; and embracing the American spirit.
He has written eight books – including a children’s book - and his company, A-Motivational Communications, creates inspiring in-person and virtual talks. In 2020 he also launched The Alex Montoya Podcast and The Alex Montoya Foundation to promote inclusion of disability and immigrant communities.
He has won a “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the San Diego Hispanic Chamber; was given a Medal of Honor from the Colombian government; and carried the Olympic Torch in 1996. He has delivered his message for audiences including Google, NASA, Harvard, and the NFL’s Denver Broncos. Alex earned his Bachelor Degree at the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s from the University of San Francisco.

René Murata - Transformational Leadership Coach

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to René Murata. René has worked in what has been seen as a male-dominated industry. From getting screamed at by bosses to being overlooked by male colleagues and judged by other women, René has experienced it all.
But after 15 years of navigating the challenges of working as a female physicist alongside male chemical engineers, she began to realize that the mould she had been forcing herself into just didn’t fit. Then, once she set up her own consulting business in the area of process safety management, she started to play around with her management style, and soon found something that was empowering both to herself and the people she was leading.
Now a Transformational Leadership Coach, too, she draws on the experience she has gained in learning to lead with compassion, and has developed a teachable methodology to help others do the same.

It is her belief that feminine power is very often missing from leadership, and as a result she has found that combining business strategies with the “soft skills” so often attributed to women is the best way to effectively manage both teams and individuals.
With plenty of credentials to her name, including an MBA in Global Enterprise Management, two Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics and several years in management roles, Rene’ is the ideal coach for women who want to lead with both power and compassion, without giving up who they are.
Born in Colorado and now living in Italy with her husband, she applies her leadership ethos to everything she does, determined as she is to live her life with consideration and self-belief.
