Evona was born into a life of taking risks and having blind faith in MAKING IT HAPPEN. When she was just 4 years old, her mother (also Evona!), a single mom, decided she would go to America and create a life of opportunity for herself and her baby. Two years later, Evona landed in America, leaving her life and family, everything she knew behind to start a new life in Buffalo NY. She's since ran away from the snow to sunny San Diego but maintains her Northeast grit, resilience and real talk. She's wanted to be a business owner ever since her first business idea in the second grade.
Now, a four time entrepreneur, Evona’s dynamic entrepreneurial journey includes: - Creating one of the very first coworking space communities in the United States - Becoming a self taught graphic designer and working remotely while traveling throughout Europe for 9 months, working with some of the biggest brands in the world including Google, Samsung and and Salesforce - Building her first startup, Undiscovered Kitchen, an artisan marketplace for handcrafted food and gifts, which she later pivoted to Gourmet Wedding Gifts, an ecommerce store for wedding gifts and favors (sold in 2019)
Finally, launching Gifting Made, a one of a kind, personalized and strategy-driven business gifting system, where she works with POWERHOUSE women and business owners in real estate, law and financial services to stay top of mind and nurture relationships in an ultra meaningful way, turning clients into raving fans, who refer more clients, more often.

What seems like magic is actually a blend of skills that Maša perfected during her 15 years in international banking, where she worked with hundreds of enterprises of all sizes and industries. Maša believes the most important thing in every business is clarity. Small entrepreneurs are wearing so many hats that they easily lose the clarity of their core business and their goals. She supports them in focusing on what they love, delegating the rest, and starting to enjoy their business path again. One of Maša’s passions is social impact. She is making it part of her business by educating entrepreneurs about the topic and showing them how to become social entrepreneurs. He has worked with thousands of business owners over a 35 year career. Eager to help people succeed, it troubled him that most new businesses fail and was determined to find out why. In 2010, after reading “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace Wattles and “Law of Success” by Napoleon Hill he got his answer.
Success starts with Mindset and Intention, subjects they don’t teach in CPA school. Joe learned that this was the true culprit in business failure on top of an overly complex tax and compliance system making it nearly impossible to start a business and stay in business. His primary purpose has become teaching entrepreneurs the fundamental principles of success combined with the practical knowledge acquired as a CPA.
