Jon Sterling - Independent Business Consultant to Top-performing Real Estate Agents

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Jon Sterling. Jon has been working in real estate since 2002. He started his own brokerage in Chicago and eventually merged it with Keller Williams, where he built and led teams as large as 250 people in various locations across the US. He moved to London in 2014 to launch Keller Williams in the UK, which gave him an introduction to international real estate. He launched https://espatriati.com in 2017 and currently works as an independent business consultant to top-performing real estate agents and business owners in the US, Europe and Eurasia. The focus of his consulting is helping people get to the point where they have the option to retire in three years or less. Jon has authored several books (one bestseller) and is a startup advisor to several cutting-edge projects in the web3 space. He and his wife split their time between the US, Georgia (the former Soviet state, not the one with the peaches) and Portugal.

Howie Zales - Founder of HJZ Productions

  In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Howie Zales. Howie is an Emmy Award winning Camera Operator who turned his passion for television broadcasting into several entrepreneurial endeavors. Howie created HJZ Productions, Inc in 2000 to address the need for professional level sports crewing/staffing in the New York market.
  Under his leadership, HJZ Productions grew to a multi-million dollar nationwide provider of top talent in the broadcasting field. In 2019, Howie and his team founded Viridity Entertainment Services, Inc. (VES) which initially focused on staffing in non-union markets. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, they quickly pivoted to offering best in class, broadcast quality livestreams of professional sports shows and interviews, corporate interviews and meetings, and religious services. In addition, Howie took his love of the television production business and created The TV Sports Course, a hands-on training boot camp for the next generation of television crew professionals. Howie is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh’s Mass Communication program.

Ellie Burscough - Business and Mindset Coach

  When Ellie works with clients, she uses a combination of strategy and mindset to produce powerful and lasting results. Her focus is on allowing people to overcome their limits and self-sabotaging behaviour to build their confidence, self-worth and self-belief. ellie's bio Originally from the UK, Ellie moved to Australia as a child and now lives on the Gold Coast. Now a mother-of-three, she started her first business when her eldest child was a baby and she was struggling financially. She began working as a personal trainer and spotted a gap in the market – new mums who want to work out while their babies are looked after nearby. Ellie founded Power Mums and grew it into a successful business before selling it. After the sale of Power Mums, Ellie realised many people were stuck in a cycle of working long hours to try to make their business a success. She saw other people working harder than she was and making less money for their efforts so she decided to show them there was a better way. 
  Ellie has travelled the world with her children, run retreats around the world and even stayed on Richard Branson’s private island. She has created her own dream lifestyle and grown multiple businesses to six figures on her own terms. One thing that is important to Ellie is that people are authentic and embrace their true selves. With bright hair, tattoos and multiple piercings, Ellie may not fit some people’s idea of what a business coach looks like but she always shows up as herself and encourages her clients to do the same.

Jesson Bradshaw - CEO of Energy Ogre

Following a sale of the retail businesses in 2011, Jesson co-founded Energy Ogre in 2013. Energy Ogre is an electricity agent/management company using applied technologies to secure tailor-made plans for their members that make the most sense for using electricity. Energy Ogre manages the entire contract process, including renewals, and handles any issues that may arise--saving members time and money. Energy Ogre is a private organization headquartered in Houston with 83 employees.

Mark Lachance - CEO and lead investor of Maxy Media Inc

   Mark is the CEO and lead investor of Maxy Media Inc., one of the largest TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Google Display Network performance marketing agencies in the world. Currently, Maxy Media is the number one advertiser in terms of monthly spend on the TikTok platform in Canada and top ten in North America.
   In 2016, Mark successfully sold EVO Payments International Canada, an end-to-end payment solutions provider and merchant acquirer which he founded in 2009. He guided the company from its inception with one employee to over 200 employees across Canada.
   Prior to founding EVO, Mark was one of the founding members and president of VersaPay Inc, a payments solutions provider, which was taken public in 2010. Before joining VersaPay, Mark was a founding member of Pivotal Payments, which is now a multi-billion-dollar public company. He helped set the foundation and drive the company's sales and revenues before his successful exit from the company in 2006.
  Mark has made several other highly successful investments in various industries such as payments, cryptocurrencies, marketing, nutrition, fitness, and sports. Over the past twenty-five years, he has invested in and consulted for dozens of other ventures, which have resulted in highly positive returns. He speaks and travels the world with his wife, Sonya, and their two boys.
