Jeff Finney - Owner and CEO of Ultimate Cabinets and The Push Thru, LLC

Jeff is the owner and CEO of Ultimate Cabinets and The Push Thru, LLC, with over 15 years in the woodworking manufacturing business. Starting out in his small garage, Jeff independently grew his company into a business of 60 employees with a combined 55,000 square feet of manufacturing space. He guides other entrepreneurs to fire themselves and work on their business, not in it, to regain control in their business and life. In 2018, Jeff was honored as a Woodworking Network 40 under 40 in the wood industry. He is a feature writer for the Woodworking Network, and has also published articles in Surface and Panel Magazine and FDMC Magazine. He co-hosts The Push Thru Podcast. Dan Haberkost - Owner-Front Range Land LLC (Real Estate Investor)

In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Dan Haberkost. At the age of 25, Dan has managed to build an impressive real estate business & portfolio that allows him the freedom to live & work where he wants while spending a tremendous amount of time in the mountains and on the beach. Dan’s first foray into the world of real estate investing was as a teenager when he managed a portfolio of properties for his employer at the time, while still in high school! Dan took the lessons he learned from these early experiences and brought them into his own business allowing him to shorten the learning curve and make an enormous amount of progress in just a few years which has given him complete freedom in his mid twenties. Dan wants to share his experience and insight with others in the hopes that his story will motivate and inspire them the same way he was inspired by so many podcast guests before him! . The path began with his studies in general engineering from Harvey Mudd College and electrical engineering from the University of California San Diego providing formal training in problem solving, especially in solving technical and engineering problems. As Matt worked on bigger projects and being fascinated by team dynamics, he began studying the Enneagram in 2002 and started applying it in corporate settings in 2003. Soon thereafter, he began developing the tools that Schlegel Consulting now uses to optimize team-based problem solving for innovative companies. Matt’s realization that the Enneagram can be applied to teams as well as individuals led to the tools and strategies for work-team effectiveness described in his book Teamwork 9.0.
